shipping & returns

 

All items shipped to you are wrapped very carefully and well protected, however very occasionally items can become damaged or get lost during shipping with our courier.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives to you damaged, get in touch and we will send a new replacement out to you as soon as we can. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days from the shipped date, we will endeavour to locate the item. If the item is not located after 14 days we will ensure we ship a replacement item to you free of charge.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, providing that the product is un-used and the packaging un-opened.

Please get in touch and let us know if you wish to return an item and we will send you a form to fill in which includes our return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage and must send the order back in the original packaging. If the item is returned to us damaged or broken we are unfortunately unable to process your refund. Upon receiving the item we will aim to send your refund back via the original payment method within 7 working days.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the original postage fee and cannot process a refund for a used or opened product unless that product is faulty or damaged.
